Information we need prior to collection:

• As detailed as possible breakdown of equipment
• Location including parking arrangement
• Accessibility- ie. Use of lifts and whether there is any help on site
  
• Available dates for collection 

Collections can be made by Transit van, Luton or 7.5 Ton Truck.

For 7.5 Ton collections we need over one weeks notice

Once we have received this information we will arrange a collection date with you. 

We can arrange collection from your premises

Paperwork from both sides will need to be produced, we will need an accurate breakdown of the equipment being collected and this will be verified by our drivers.

Items are then brought to our workshop/facility and the various processes are carried out.

The equipment is logged in, including customers details, and bar-coded into our Database system.
